ITIL Expert Course Calendar

NetworkG2, in partnership with ITpreneurs, Inc., offers ITIL Expert training courses in the virtual classroom and blended virtual classroom formats.  The student can choose to follow either the Lifecycle Track or Capability Track in pursuit of their ITIL Expert certification.  See ITIL Qualification Scheme.

ITIL Expert - Lifecycle Track

In the Lifecycle Track, you will learn about the principles and core concepts of the Service Lifecycle approach to IT Service Management.  This includes a focus on the management and control elements of the Service Lifecycle.  The Lifecycle Track is for those who provide guidance towards the implementation of ITSM in an organization (e.g., IT Manager, ITIL Consultants, ITSM Implementer).

ITIL Expert - Capability Track

The Capability Track enables you to achieve a better understanding of the Service Lifecycle and the processes associated with all the Capability modules.  This includes a focus on a series of clustered process activities.  The Capability Track is for those who are involved in executing and improving existing ITIL processes in an organization.  (e.g., IT Practitioner, Process Consultant, Process Manager, Operational Staff).
