NetworkG2 CEO/Founder
NetworkG2 LLC was founded in 2002 by James E. Walker.  Mr. Walker brings over 25 years of experience in corporate business-technical strategy development and strategic IT architecture consulting.  Mr. Walker has led strategic network planning and engineering initiatives for numerous large enterprises including NationsBank/Bank of America, Wells Fargo, British Petroleum, Repsol, Petroleos De Venezuela, Los Angeles Unified School District, and others.    

Prior to founding NetworkG2, Mr. Walker served as Vice President of Emerging Technologies at VeriSign, Inc.  In this capacity, his primary responsibilities included strategic product planning, business opportunity analysis, technical due diligence, corporate strategy development, and participating in industry standards organizations.  Prior to joining VeriSign, Mr. Walker was employed by SAIC/Network Solutions and served as Chief Scientist for networking and served on their Executive Science and Technology Council.  Other career highlights include teaching Mathematics & Computer Science at accredited universities and conducting worldwide networking seminars for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  Mr. Walker has earned Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Mathematics from Prairie View A&M University.
